A measurement made in the browser is only indicative. Do it on a wired connection if you can, with no other device downloading, and repeat it at the time of day when you stream. The test exchanges data with Cloudflare's servers (speed.cloudflare.com), not with ours. Nothing is saved: neither the measurement nor your choices.
