What this site does with your data: almost nothing, and here are the details.
01What the site does not do
The site's tools (Scene Workshop, Emote Lab, Identity Kit, Weekly Schedule, Stream Deck icons, thumbnails, stream announcements) work entirely in your browser. Your images, texts and settings are not sent to any server. The only exceptions: the Gumroad license key you enter in the Scene Workshop (passed to Gumroad, through the site's server, to check your purchase), and what you choose to send yourself through the quote request and the news sign-up, detailed below. Nothing else leaves your browser. There is no account, no audience statistics, no advertising and no tracking cookie.
02What stays in your browser
Some tools keep your last setting in your browser's local storage (for example your last weekly schedule, your pack configuration or the draft of your quote request), so you find it again. You can erase it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
03Third-party services called by some features
A few features contact an outside service, only when you use them:
- The Twitch player on The channel page only loads after you click. Twitch may then set its own cookies and process your IP address.
- The Twitch chat widget reads a channel's public chat from the browser or the OBS source that displays it, with no account and no writing.
- The Calibration speed test sends data samples to Cloudflare's public measurement servers. Nothing is recorded on our side.
- Brevo (an email service) is involved when you send a quote request or sign up for news: see sections 04 and 05.
04Your quote request
When you send the quote builder, the site passes your request by email to the team (hello@aghenor.tv), through the Brevo email service. The request contains what you filled in: your name, your email, your chosen services and the resulting estimate, your games, your style, your timing and your message. Purpose: to answer you with a proposal and a quote, nothing else. It is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then as long as an exchange with you is useful; you can ask for it to be erased at any time. It is neither resold nor used for prospecting.
If direct sending is not available, the site offers to open your email app with the message prefilled: in that case, the message is sent from your email app, not from the site.
If you accept a quote, your order is stored on the site's server (Cloudflare): your name, your email, what was ordered, the amounts, the payment dates and your agreement on when the work starts. Payment happens on Stripe's page, which receives your email and your card details; the site never sees your card. Purpose: to track your order and keep proof of payment, kept for as long as accounting obligations require.
05News by email
If you sign up for news in the footer, your email address is entrusted to Brevo, which stores it and sends the emails. Purpose: to tell you about new packs and new free tools, with your consent. It is kept until you unsubscribe, which takes one click with the link at the bottom of every email; you can also write to us to have it erased. If automatic sign-up is not open yet, the site offers a prefilled email for you to send yourself.
06Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep the usual technical logs (IP address, date and requested page) to ensure the security and operation of the service.
07Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the data you sent us (by email, through the quote request or the news sign-up), by writing to hello@aghenor.tv. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
