Terms of use and of sale

The files produced by the free tools and by the Scene Workshop (scenes, widgets, stingers, emotes, kits, visuals, icons) are yours to use for your channel, your team or your club: you can use them live, on your social networks and in your videos, modify them to fit your identity, and use them in a commercial context tied to your channel (sponsors, monetization of your streams).

• Resell, redistribute or share the files or the templates themselves, alone or in a pack.
• Present them as your own design work in a portfolio or on a marketplace.
• Use them for illegal, hateful or misleading content.

The “Made with Aghenor.TV” credit is optional and off by default. It is always appreciated, never required.

You remain responsible for the images, logos and texts you import into the tools: you must have the right to use them. The tools do not send them anywhere.

The tools are provided as is, free of charge (except the paid looks of the Scene Workshop, sold on Gumroad), with no guarantee of results or availability. The settings suggested by the Calibration tool are indicative: always check your platform's guidelines, which change over time. Widgets that read a third-party service (the Twitch chat, for example) depend on that service.

Ready-to-use packs are sold on Gumroad, which is the official seller of every order: it takes the payment, calculates and remits the VAT or tax of your country, issues the receipt and delivers the files. What you may do with the files you buy is described above, in points 01 and 02. Custom work is settled by quote, outside Gumroad.

For custom work, the quote sets out the price, what is delivered and the payment schedule. You accept it and pay the deposit on your order page, by card, through Stripe: your card details never go through us. The balance is paid once you have approved the previews, and the final files are delivered once the balance is paid. If you order as a consumer, you have fourteen days to withdraw. If you ask for the work to start before that period ends, you pay for the work already done if you withdraw, and you lose this right once the service has been fully performed.

Every pack can be refunded for seven days after purchase. Write to us, or use your Gumroad receipt: the refund is handled by Gumroad, which took the payment.

The files can be downloaded as soon as the payment goes through. For digital content delivered immediately, the fourteen-day withdrawal right stops applying once the download starts, with your agreement given at the time of purchase. Our seven-day refund is a commercial gesture, offered on top of what the law requires, and it stands even if you have already downloaded.

An unreadable file, an incomplete pack or a mistake on our side: we fix it or we refund, with no time limit.
